It is uncertain whether he will reside there.
King Charles has acquired a lavish property on Manhattan’s prestigious Billionaires’ Row.
While the specific future use of the 3,601-square-foot apartment remains unclear, the luxurious residence features expansive city views, along with access to exclusive building amenities such as a swimming pool and sauna.
Reports from The Real Deal and Crain’s confirm the purchase of a high-end unit at 111 W. 57th St., located in the historic Steinway Hall section of the development.
It is uncertain whether King Charles himself will reside there, as Buckingham Palace has not provided any comments on the matter.
The deed was signed by Robert McCubbing, senior trade commissioner and director of trade and investment at the Canadian consulate in New York, on behalf of King Charles.

The condo’s interior starts with an elegant foyer, featuring stone floors and an adjacent powder room. The spacious living room flows into a dining room, while the kitchen boasts a wet bar, Cristallo Gold quartzite countertops, custom hand-crafted cabinetry, and a full suite of Gaggenau appliances.
The primary bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and a windowed bathroom adorned with Italian white Venato marble, a free-standing copper soaking tub, and custom bronze fixtures. The other two bedrooms also offer ensuite bathrooms.
Residents of the building enjoy various high-end amenities, including an 82-foot two-lane swimming pool with private cabanas, a separate sauna and treatment rooms, a double-height fitness center with a mezzanine terrace, a private dining room and chef’s catering kitchen, and a lounge with an expansive terrace.
