In Pictures: Coco Gauff turns heads with stylish all-denim outfit for upcoming American Eagle collaboration in latest photoshoot
Coco Gauff recently shared pictures from a photoshoot, announcing her new collaboration with American Eagle. She is set to launch her clothing collection, Coco Gauff x AE.
Gauff is one of the biggest tennis stars, with many sponsorships under her belt. She was ranked 12 in Sports Pro’s most marketable athletes list, ahead of tennis stars such as Naomi Osaka, Aryna Sabalenka, Emma Raducanu, Petra Kvitova, and Ons Jabeur.
The 2023 US Open champion has been associated with American Eagle since 2022. Now, she is all set to launch her collection as a part of the Live Your Life campaign.
“Tomorrow excited to finally share my part in the @americaneagle ‘live your life’ campaign. So much heart went into designing this collection with the team. Shop Coco x AE online and in select @americaneagle stores August 19th,” she wrote.
As a part of the collection, American Eagle will be releasing a cropped denim corset, denim mini skirt, high-waisted crossover stovepipe jeans, V-neck sweater tank top, and sweater corset tank top.
Coco Gauff – “I really do love fashion”
Coco Gauff shared during an interaction with the media ahead of the 2023 US Open that she had a knack for fashion. She said:
“I mean, I really do love fashion. I love makeup. I love that type of thing. I just haven’t really thought about how I would build that into a brand, per se.”
The American said she wanted to venture outside of tennis but has not found her calling yet.
“I haven’t really found what I’m quite passionate in outside of tennis, to be honest. But I think it just comes with growth. I mean, I’m at the age right now where I’m really trying to find myself I guess outside of tennis because I do want to venture out into other things. I just haven’t found what really speaks to me,” she said.
Gauff added that she used to shift from one hobby to another every month but she was trying to find something that stuck with her.
“Usually growing up I’ve always been the person to hyperfixate on hobbies and move on after a month on one thing. I’m really trying to find something that sticks. With tennis being so much a part of my life, sometimes it’s hard to find passion in other things, to be honest,” she added.
Coco Gauff will next play at the 2024 US Open, where she will look to defend her title
