“I am my wife’s biggest fan, even a groupie” – Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian reveals his top 4 athletes of all time

It happened at the inaugural ceremony of Athlos.

Alexis Ohanian, father of Serena Williams’ children, enjoyed a sweet moment with their eldest daughter, Olympia, as the Reddit founder gifted her a Tiffany And Co. jewellery worth some $25,000 dollars.

The tennis star and social media magnate are worth a combined $450m and it turns out the 41-year-old splashed some of that cash on his little girl for an Athlos New York event back in September in a sweet post on X.com, formerly Twitter.

“Before @athlos NY started. Olympia got her hands on the @TiffanyAndCo hardware,” Ohanian posted to the platform on November 16 along with a photo of the kid holding a silver tiara with white gloves as she held it above her head.

The whole family are involved in Athlos too, with the events also partnered alongside Serena Williams’ beauty brand Wyn Beauty to help address gaps in funding and visibility for female athletes.

What is Athlos?

Known for being a patron of women’s sports, especially through his marriage to Williams, Olympia’s dad had began backing Athlos to give women a platform ahead of the 2028 Olympic Games after feeling female athletes were not given their flowers outside of the summer event.

As a result, Athlos works by showcasing track talent by personalized athlete introductions with walk-out music, a strong emphasis on entertainment, and significant prize money to elevate the status of women’s track events.

“The American women have always been exceptional in track and field,” Ohanian told Vogue. “We’re all captivated by these women during the Olympics, then for four years it seems like they disappear.

Track and field has captivated everyone this year, and you’re seeing these stars get a lot of the attention they deserve.

“It’s our job to make sure they keep getting it in between now and the next Olympics. That’s what Athlos is about.”
