“I’m in tears” – Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Coco Gauff, Daria Kasatkina, others come together to honor Andy Murray amid final Wimbledon run

The tennis fraternity came together to pay tribute to Andy Murray after his emotional farewell following his penultimate Wimbledon campaign. The Brit teamed up with his brother Jamie Murray for the gentlemen’s doubles campaign but lost 7-6(6), 6-4 in the opening round to the Australian duo of John Peers and Rinky Hijikata.

After the match, there was a ceremony for Murray honoring his illustrious career. He had a special post-match interview conducted by Sue Baker, which ended up being an emotion-filled exchange between the two.The tennis fraternity poured out its love for Andy Murray after the ceremony on social media. Many players including Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz, Coco Gauff, Iga Swiatek, Daria Kasatkina, and others paid respect to the Brit. Here are some of the tributes he received:
