Royal Family LIVE: Meghan Markle should be ‘sensitive’ about launch amid Kate Middleton’s health
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, public relations guru Lynn Carratt said ‘it would be wise for Meghan to be sensitive to the timing of her brand launch’ amid Charles and Kate’s cancer battles.
Royal experts have warned Meghan needs to be “sensitive” with rolling out her new venture as the King and Kate undergo cancer treatment.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, public relations guru Lynn Carratt said: “As Meghan is no longer part of the Monarchy, she is free to launch her brand whenever she likes,” before issuing a slight warning and some wise next steps for the Montecito-based mother-of-two.
“However, given Kate’s ongoing cancer treatments, it would be wise for Meghan to be sensitive to the timing of her brand launch, considering the public support for Kate worldwide,” Lynn noted. “It might be best for Meghan to work quietly on her brand behind the scenes for now and launch it publicly sometime in the summer when we’ve received some good news about Kate and King Charles’s health.”
Meanwhile, King Charles’ landmark appearance at the royal Easter Sunday service help will ‘take focus off Kate’ as she also recovers from cancer treatment, it has been claimed. Well-wishers gathered outside St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle spoke to the monarch and shook his hand at the conclusion of the annual Easter Mattins Service.
Those who gathered outside the service later also reporters they felt Charles “looked good” in his most significant public appearance since his cancer diagnosis.
