Taylor Swift thanked a fan who had declared Swift helped improve her relationship with her daughter, in a touching moment from all involved in the exchange.

Swift, who has displayed her connection to her fans during her current tour, responded to the post to express how emotional the moment made her feel and the nostalgic times she shared with her own mother.

“You just reminded me of why this year has been so special,” Swift said on social media. “I’m so moved by what you said.

“It reminds me of me and my mom and the memories we made at that age.”

Swift’s mother is called Andrea and she has been a supportive figure in her life and has also battled health issues, which Swift has openly discussed in her music and in the media to the press and talkshows.

What had the mother said?

The mother, called Jenny, took to TikTok to praise the “Blank Space” singer for her role in the growing of the relationship between parent and child.

She further added the power of hearing what her daughter said to her and how closely she values it in her soul.

“We went to the movie [Eras Tour film] together five times,” Jenny, the mother, said. “We have had so much fun.

“For my daughter to sit there and be like, ‘I’ve had the best year with you…,'” Jenny shared, adding that hearing her daughter say that meant “so much to [her].”

“I just want you to know that you have changed my ‘mom’ heart and [you] have brought my daughter and [me] closer together.”

It was no doubt a positive end to the year for Swift in her relationship with her fans, who had disaster strike at a concert in Brazil when a Swiftie died due to heatstroke.
