“You Can’t Judge Me Dude”: Travis Kelce Revealed That Blake Lively Starrer Gossip Girls Was His Guilty Pleasure

Travis Kelce, who is set to make his acting debut on FX’s Grotesquerie, recently shared his love for Taylor Swift’s bestie on the New Heights podcast. Kelce, who shares the podcast with his brother Jason Kelce, discussed his favorite shows during the episode. Travis Kelce has Blake Lively’s back amid the drama surrounding her latest film, It Ends With Us. The Kansas City Chiefs player praised the actress’ Gossip Girl role on Wednesday’s episode of his and Jason Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

Travis Kelce revealed his guilty pleasure TV binge during his New Heights podcast episode on September 25. Kelce even defended the show after being told he should be embarrassed for it. Jason Kelce kicked off the conversation by asking, “What is or are your guilty pleasure shows, something you’re slightly embarrassed to admit?”

“I used to not tell everybody that I watched Gossip Girl growing up,” he said, surprising his brother and co-host Jason who joked that it was an embarrassing watch. “It’s so good, though.” He continued, adding, “If you watched it, you can get in deep.” Jason clarified that he had never watched Gossip Girls and even asked if Travis meant to refer to Gilmore Girls instead of Gossip Girls.

“Oh, my god. Chace Crawford. Blake Lively. Shoot me, but I forget the rest of the names of the cast,” Travis said and called the teen drama, which ran on The CW for six seasons from 2007 to 2012, an awesome series. “It’s a New York high school show with a lot of drama and basically everybody gossiping and talking s–t on each other,” Travis explained. He further noted, “I don’t care. You can’t judge me dude. It is what it is.”

Travis Scott and Taylor Swift recently reunited with Blake Lively at Swift’s Rhode Island mansion. The August gathering, which included Gigi Hadid, Jason, and Kylie Kelce, marked the first time Lively was spotted amid backlash over the movie It Ends With Us, which was adapted from a book about domestic abuse. Lively faced criticism for promoting her haircare line during press and encouraging fans to wear florals to see the film. Networks resurfaced old interview clips of Lively being rude to a reporter and using transgender slurs.
